SVP Business Process Excellence, Weinheim
Achim joined Freudenberg Performance Materials in 2021 as SVP Business Process Excellence, leading the global program to standardize and optimize business processes.
He also serves as General Manager of the Shared Services Organization with operations in Weinheim and Brașov. Previously, he held senior roles in process management, shared services, and SAP rollouts at ProSiebenSat.1 Media and Boehringer Ingelheim, after starting his career at KPMG Advisory in 2005.
Mr. Beisswenger holds a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Paderborn and studied internationally in South Korea and France.

Since joining Freudenberg Group in 2000, Andreea founded the Brașov Shared Service Center in 2006 — a defining moment in both the organization's growth and her career.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, she has transformed the center into a stable, diverse, people-centered organization that balances tradition with innovation.

Currently EagleBurgmann's Shared Services Center with 130 employees across Finance, Indoor Sales, IT, and Procurement, she specializes in transformation projects and continuous improvement.

Three years into his Freudenberg journey, Octavian leads an exceptional business services team spanning Accounting, Taxes, HR, Procurement, IT, and Sustainability.
He also represents Corporate Controlling and Accounting in Sustainability and Financial Consolidation. His leadership philosophy centers on empowerment: building teams through continuous learning, proactive initiative, and personal ownership. Octavian believes sustainability is a present imperative - the time for action is now.

Since joining Freudenberg in 2009 when the Brașov SSC had just 20 colleagues, Franz has witnessed its transformation to over 300 team members while preserving its close-knit, family atmosphere.
With 15+ years of Order-to-Cash expertise and diverse Customer Service roles, he has led shared services for one of the largest SSC divisions since 2023, overseeing Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, and Master Data Management. His leadership philosophy: inspiring and empowering others through thoughtful guidance and strong values.
