A unique performance material for sports and beach towels
Evolon® microfilament towels are highly absorbent and provide an excellent wiping performance. They are also very compact, making them easy to carry. Evolon® towels air-dry very fast. For optimal hygiene, Evolon® microfilament textiles can be washed at temperatures up to 95°C.
Evolon® microfilament textiles are the ideal solution for:

5 times more compact than cotton towels
A towel made from Evolon® fabric takes up only one-fifth as much space as a traditional terry cotton towel (internal measurements according to ISO 9073-2). This makes it extremely convenient for travel or sports. These towels also require five times less space in the washing machine.
Because towels made from Evolon® towels take up little space, less space is required for storage. Water and energy savings can be achieved during industrial laundering as explained hereafter. Laundry analyses conducted under laboratory conditions in accordance with the ISO 15797 standard showed that the industrial laundering of bath towels made from Evolon® New Generation 130g/m² used 70% less electricity, 71% less water and 67% less detergent than the industrial laundering of 100% cotton 400gsm terry towels.
